Job Summary

Compensation: $17–$20 per hour. Legacy Plumbing, an award‑winning plumbing business founded in 2006 and now part of the Ace Hardware family, seeks a dedicated technician assistant to support field teams and contribute to exceptional service delivery.

• Assist technicians in the field with manual tasks such as digging, climbing, carrying heavy items, and cleaning.
• Support the warehouse coordinator and learn how to put customers at ease while educating them on plumbing issues and resolving problems.
• Build relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and clear communication.
• Communicate effectively with teammates in the field and office.
• Remain ready and willing to help out wherever needed, including other duties as assigned.
