Dental Administrative Assistant

We are currently searching for Dental Administrative Assistants to support military missions in the state of Florida on an as‑needed basis. The role involves administrative support before, during, and after events.

Overview of Services
  • U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
  • Army National Guard (ARNG)
  • U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
  • U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
  • U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
  • Air National Guard (ANG)
  • U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities

Complete administrative duties such as checking participants in and out, managing paperwork, inputting Dis‑Classification (Denclass) soldier information, and event setup, takedown, and maintenance.

Requirements
  • Dental office or administrative experience
  • Complete necessary training for military events
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Prior dental experience preferred
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a military setting preferred
  • Must have weekend availability
