Finance Intern

What You'll Do:

• Data Entry & Management:
  Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in systems like Intacct and other Finance software.
• Data Verification:
  Reviewing, auditing, and cleaning data to identify discrepancies or errors.
• Documentation Support:
  Organizing, scanning, and filing digital or physical documents.
• Administrative Assistance:
  Supporting team members with administrative tasks, reporting, and updating records.
• Research:
  Conducting basic research to verify or collect information.

The Experience We're Looking For:

• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous approach to data handling to ensure high accuracy.
• Computer Proficiency:
  Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Typing
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong typing speed and proficiency with 10-key systems.
• Organization:
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Education:
  
  Often requires current enrollment in a bachelor's program (rising junior/senior) or recent graduation.
