The Little Falls Community School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Paraprofessional to join our team at Middle School. This 6 hour‑per‑day position offers compensation based on the Student Support Staff Master Agreement at Pay Grade Level 3, which includes benefits and vacation. The Special Education Paraprofessional will provide personal care and academic support to students, demonstrate effective student management skills, supervise students during unscheduled times, and foster positive communication with staff, students, and the public.
Candidates must hold a two-year degree or higher, have at least 60 college credits, or achieve a passing score on the Minnesota-approved Para Pro or Para Educator Assessment.
