Process customer purchase orders and enter sales orders
Generates work orders as required to fulfill sales orders and stocking agreements
Process stocking level reports to determine work orders to be generated
Create job packets and distributes to production
Provides support to Customer Service including answering questions and resolving issues
Modifies work orders to accommodate RMAs and reworks
Pull orders from portals and enter associated sales orders
Provide order confirmation to customers
Process job closings, generate stock status reports and RMA processing reports
Issue material to jobs
Work with Accounting to maintain inventory control and accuracy & inventory cycle counting; research any variances and make recommendations for inventory adjustments
Acts as a backup to Production Planning and Purchasing
Train others on ERP System
Provides support to Production for ERP production related issues
Purchase supplies, non inventory and inventory items, process purchase orders; acts as a backup for Purchasing
Perform timely and accurate receiving and resolve issues that arise
Provide support to Quality on inspection receiving
Acts as a backup for Shipping and Receiving transactions
ResponsibilitiesServes as the primary resource for entering sales orders, creating work orders, and confirming orders to customers
Answers customer service questions regarding status of an order and other customer concerns
Escalates customer concerns to Sales as appropriate
Serves as an inventory control resource, ensures inventory is accurate via cycle counts and transaction discipline
Has a basic understanding of the ISO Quality and Documentation System
Initiates action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process, and/or quality system
Participates as required in quality audits and in developing quality plans

Will perform repetitive movement with hands when typing
Ability to multitask and perform duties under pressure
Effectively communicating with others both verbally and written
Requires ability to sit at a desk for a majority of the time
