CHI St. Gabriel's Health is seeking an experienced LDRP RN to join their team in a critical access setting. This role requires strong Labor & Delivery expertise combined with Med Surg/Peds experience. Nurses must be flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable floating when OB census is low.

✅ Required Certifications

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NRP

    🎯 Required Experience

  • Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Must have L&D + Med Surg/Peds experience
  • Critical access experience prefer
  • No previous travel experience required

    🏥 Unit Details
  • 4 L&D beds
  • 6 Postpartum beds
  • 1 Triage bed
  • C-sections performed in OR
  • AWHONN ratios:
  • 1:1 (inductions)
  • 1:2 (Postpartum)

  • Labor & Delivery
  • Postpartum
  • Hyperbilirubinemia
  • Preterm labor
  • OB triage patients

📋 Scheduling & Orientation

  • Scheduler creates schedule (no self-scheduling)
  • 1 x 12-hour unit-specific orientation shift
