PURCHASING & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Create A Legacy / Little Falls Granite Works seeks a thoughtful, strategic Purchasing & Quality Control Manager to lead sourcing, supplier performance, inventory planning, and quality standards across memorial materials. This role is ideal for an analytical, independent problem‑solver who thrives on improving systems, evaluating vendors, identifying patterns, and driving long‑term operational improvements. In this position, you will oversee purchasing and quality control for granite, bronze, vases, ceramics, and other materials, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure products arrive on time, meet specifications, and support efficient, high‑quality production and installation.

• Lead sourcing and procurement of granite, bronze, vases, ceramics, and other memorial materials.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms to ensure quality and cost targets.
• Plan inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize excess stock.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve purchasing and quality issues and drive continuous improvements.

• Salary range: $50,000‑$60,000 per year
