Packager Laborer

Position: Full‑Time Packager

Location: Little Falls, Minnesota

Pay Range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

• Work with a team to ensure pet food is packaged efficiently, timely, and with quality
• Support the operator by filling & sealing bags, watching the machine run, and alerting the operator if issues arise
• Keep the packaging line clean
• Assist in clearing jams from the bundler
• Assist the operator in all packaging functions
• Assist in conducting & recording metal, weight, seals, and lot code checks as needed

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, a focus on safety, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
