Your role will involve managing, organizing, and procuring spare parts and inventory essential for maintenance and repair operations across Brainerd and Little Falls, ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records using our Inventory Management System (PLEX). Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical audits.
• Preventative Maintenance (PM) Kitting: Review upcoming maintenance schedules to proactively assemble "PM Kits." Ensure all necessary filters, belts, gaskets, and consumables are bagged, tagged, and staged for technicians before the scheduled downtime.
• Procurement: Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders. Negotiate with vendors for better pricing, lead times, and quality.
• Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, logical, and safe parts room & cabinets. Label bins and optimize the floor plan for "first-in, first-out" (FIFO) efficiency.
• Technical Support: Assist technicians in verifying Bill of Materials (BOM) for specific jobs to ensure the right parts are pulled.

• High School diploma required, additional schooling preferred.
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
• 2-3 years inventory experience required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work with various computer programs including work order system and Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
