Warehouse Associate

Quality Control:
Where attention to detail is a must

The Opportunity:

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking and fulfilling orders. This includes all aspects of inter-company stock transfers and the processing of imports/finished goods.

Schedule:

Monday
- Friday, 8am - 4pm

• Inspect all high post production garments for correct ink/thread colors, proper logo placement, labels and general flaws
• Maintain Lakeshirts acceptable standard of quality per garment
• Sort, count, and fold garment by size/color/garment style and prepare them for shipping
• Read and understand work orders and profiles to ensure each account is processed correctly
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Follow safety practices. Identifies problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards
• Use computer programs such as Excel, to access order profile and be able to understand the steps required for each garment
• Read and understand work orders and customer profiles to ensure orders are processed accurately
• Processing EDI accounts, SPS, routing for Amazon
• Other duties as assigned

• High school education or GED required
• Previous Warehouse experience required
• Preferred Computer and Technology Experience
  - Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, shipping applications such as UPS or Fed Ex, Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to operate a forklift and stock picker (training provided)
• Strong written (email) and verbal communication
• Safety first mindset
