Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with higher rates available for select shifts. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a growing industry.

Shift availability

• 1st shift:
  Mon – Fri 6AM – 2:30PM
• 3rd shift:
  Mon – Fri 10PM – 6:30AM ($3.00 shift differential)
• Weekend Day – 1 weekday, Sat., Sun. 6AM – 6PM ($4.00 shift differential)

• Add palletant (dry & liquid) to finished product
• Add color dies to product
• Move finished totes to warehouse and packaging departments using a forklift
• Record and print off labels
• Setup and calibrate pumps for each run
• Use forklift to get supplies
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols
• Operate a floor scrubber
• Sweep, mop and sanitize throughout the facility
• Clean totes

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

You will need strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, a customer‑centric mindset, excellent communication, commitment to safety, and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
