The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily operations at a designated site. You will ensure high-quality youth development programming, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and supervise staff and volunteers to meet organizational standards.
Responsibilities include program design, staff coaching, budget oversight, and timely reporting. Travel between Central Minnesota sites is expected; CPR/First Aid may be required.
