Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Little Falls, Minnesota.

Certifications Required- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
Must have experience in:
- Labor & Delivery
- Med/Surg
- Pediatrics
- Critical access hospital experience preferred
- Previous travel experience not required
- L&D Beds: 4
- Postpartum Beds: 6
- Triage Beds: 1
- 1:1 when being induced
- 1:2 postpartum
- Labor & delivery
- Postpartum
- Hyperbilirubinemia
- Preterm labor
- Triage patients
- Required to titrate drips
- OB:
Pitocin - ICU patients (if applicable):
Cardiac drips, Heparin, sedation medications - EFM Monitoring: GE system
- Tele Monitoring:
Nurses read their own strips - ICU/CN support available
- Phillips telemetry monitors
- Charge nurse on each shift (usually does not take assignment unless necessary)
- 1 CNA from 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- OB / Neonatologist:
On call, not in-house 24/7 - Anesthesia:
On call - RT:
On call 24/7 (Vents, CPAP, BiPAP, High Flow, Airvo)
- Shift rotation every 3 weeks (Day/Night rotation)
- Shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Weekend requirement:
Every 3rd weekend - Holiday requirement:
Every 3rd holiday - Call: 1-hour response time required
When OB census is low, nurses may float to Med/Surg or Pediatrics.
Additional Details- Scrub Color:
Any color - Orientation: 1 x 12-hour shift
- Radius & Employment Restrictions: 50-mile radius rule applies
- Cannot be FT/PT/PRN with any Common Spirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year
- RTO must be submitted upfront (no additional RTO will be approved after submission)
