Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP – Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing position in Little Falls, Minnesota.

• 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS & NRP required
• Must have recent L&D and Med Surg/Peds experience
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
• First‑time travelers welcome

• 4 L&D beds | 6 Postpartum beds | 1 OB triage bed
• C‑sections performed in the OR
• AWHONN staffing ratios (1:1 inductions, 1:2 postpartum)
• Charge RN available (typically without patient assignment)
• OB provider & Anesthesia on‑call 24/7
• GE fetal monitoring | Philips telemetry
• RNs interpret telemetry strips (support available from ICU/Charge RN)
• RT available on call 24/7

• Triage
• Pitocin titration
• Telemetry interpretation
• Float to Med Surg/Peds when OB census is low

• 1‑hour call response required
• One 12‑hour unit orientation shift
• Any scrub color permitted
• Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork are key to success

Radius Rule: 50 miles. Candidates cannot have worked (FT/PT/PRN) for any Common Spirit, CHI, or Dignity Health facility within the past year.
