Travel Percentage Local Travel Category Energy ## Description Centra Sota Cooperative is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Energy Service Technician to support our propane and fuel operations. This hands-on role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs propane and fuel systems and equipment while providing exceptional service to our customers. ** What You’ll Do
*** Install, remove, inspect, service, and maintain propane and fuel tanks, equipment, and related systems.
* Diagnose and repair propane and fuel system issues
* Set and place tanks and operate equipment such as flat-bed trucks, tank trailers, cranes, dollies, and trenchers.
* Perform maintenance and help keep tanks, vehicles, tools, and equipment safe and operational.
* Provide professional customer service and communicate with customers about equipment, service needs, and safe product handling.
* Provide propane and fuel delivery support as needed.
* Cross-train and assist in both propane and fuel operations based on business needs.
* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and emergency service needs.
** What We’re Looking For
*** High school diploma or GED.
* Mechanically inclined with the ability and willingness to learn propane and fuel systems, equipment, and practices.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Ability to meet CSC driver qualification requirements and comply with the company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
* Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a
** Class B CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and DOT medical certification**.
* Willingness to work in both propane and fuel operations as needed.

Previous propane, fuel, mechanical, service, equipment, installation, maintenance, or repair experience is preferred but not required## Other
