Make a meaningful impact supporting students across K-12 as a School Psychologist on a full-time contract basis. This role serves one member district with a high Native American student population, offering the opportunity to address unique community needs and contribute to an inclusive educational environment. You will complete approximately 75 reports, including both initial evaluations and file reviews, helping ensure all students receive the support they deserve.
DesiredQualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment and report-writing abilities
- Cultural competence and a desire to work closely with Native American communities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for initial IEPs and reevaluations
- Prepare thorough, timely reports to support student plans
- Consult with educators and families to recommend interventions and strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support when needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
