Full‑Time Yard Dog Driver

Barrett Petfood invites you to join our manufacturing team in Little Falls, Minnesota. The Yard Dog Driver role offers a competitive range of $20.50 to $22.50 per hour and a schedule of Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This onsite position places you at the heart of our production environment, enabling you to transport materials quickly and safely while contributing to our commitment to customer‑centricity and safety.

• Move raw materials and finished products around the yard, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of trucks.
• Navigate the facility, maintaining safety standards and keeping the yard organized and tidy.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, addressing logistical challenges and supporting a high‑performance team.

• Strong driving skills, particularly in maneuvering large vehicles in tight spaces; experience with yard trucks or similar equipment is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and effective communication skills to collaborate with staff and address daily challenges.
• Problem‑solving abilities, a commitment to safety practices, and a positive attitude that fosters a fun and engaging work environment.
