JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Manager Customer Service Programs, the Documentation Sales and Customer Portal Administrator will ensure that all customer and aircraft data entered into FalconCRM is accurate, correctly maintained, and current. The role manages Documentation Subscriptions for Western Hemisphere customers and supports product and marketing studies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for FalconCRM data related to Accounts, Contacts, and Aircraft, ensuring timely updates and data integrity across departments.
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order entry for documentation sales, create and maintain documentation subscriptions, and coordinate with DFJ Accounting for order qualification.
  • Trigger billing for documentation subscriptions and renewals, and provide Level‑1 technical support for products such as Flight Doc Online and Field 6.
  • Manage requests for access to the Falcon Customer Portal, including reviewing and administering user IDs for customers, employees, and external parties.
  • Create business reports and performance indicators, generate monthly or ad‑hoc fleet and operator activity reports, and produce annual Pro Pilot and AIN surveys.
  • Efficiently handle all incoming and outgoing communications related to documentation and portal access.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate’s degree (preferably in Business) or equivalent experience.
  • Five years’ experience in business aviation.
  • Four years’ experience using FalconCRM or similar CRM systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Windows, and reporting tools such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or MS Reporting Service.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills and strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
  • Self‑starter who takes initiative, works independently, and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
  • Office environment with occasional non‑business hours and weekend work.
  • Some business travel may be required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Base salary $75,000 – $90,000 per year.
  • Non‑eligible for overtime.
