Warehouse Associate - Little Ferry, NJ

We have an immediate opportunity for a Part‑time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver in our Little Ferry, NJ location!

Bio Trans Logistics is a global logistics provider specializing in cold chain transportation, technology and infrastructure for the life sciences industry.

• Sunday night
  - Monday morning (12 AM‑6 AM) Receive & Sort / Help load.
• Tuesday night
  - Wednesday morning (11 PM‑6 AM) Receive & Sort / Help load.
• Friday 8 AM‑5 PM Hub Cleaning / Truck Washing / drop off & pickup for scheduled maintenance.
• Possible opportunity to be a route driver. Training required.

• General warehouse duties: clean, wash and sanitize truck’s, assist with sorting and scanning of crates for driver routes.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned and work in all weather conditions (inside and outside).

• Provide coverage for additional/on demand work.
• Safely operate, load, unload and deliver freight utilizing a small box truck or cargo van.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time‑sensitive schedules that require detailed attention.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed; evaluate and report issues through the appropriate parties (dispatch/managers).

• Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions; occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non‑weather) and fumes or airborne particles.
• Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling and squatting.
• Extended periods of sitting.
• Sequential or simultaneous use of hands, arms, feet and legs.

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license/Real .
• Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years for insurance purposes).
• Background check required.
• Ability to use smartphones and willingness to learn our company’s workflow‑related applications.
• Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks.
