Senior Accountant

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our accounting team and drive financial excellence. As a key member of our finance organization, you’ll oversee various accounting processes, including financial statement preparation, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and revenue recognition. Your expertise in accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis will help us maintain accurate financial information and reports.

• Oversee financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and revenue recognition
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations
• Maintain accurate financial reports, statistics, and general ledger accounts
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Develop and implement accounting systems and internal controls
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure accurate processing and maintenance of accounting records
• Resolve complex accounting issues and provide guidance to staff
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, records, and reports for audits and other financial entities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 6-8 years of progressive experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and accounting software (Sage Intacct experience a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with others
