Accountant, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented accountant to help keep our financial information in order and up to date. You’ll be in charge of bookkeeping, producing financial reports, and recording accurate information in Quick Books. If this sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply.

• Prepare all financial statements and bank reconciliations
• Verify accuracy within day books and all ledgers
• Process payroll to provide payment to employees on time
• Ensure accounts receivable/payable are complete
• Bookkeeping:
  Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports
• Prepare corporate and partnership business tax returns
• Prepare business financial statements, including the income statement and balance sheet, using Quick Books
• Cashflow and Budget Analysis

• Worked previously with basic accounting systems, Quick Books, and Excel
• Well-versed in general accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a management accountant, bookkeeper, cost accountant or similar
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• 3 or more years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Ability to solve problems using critical thinking skills
• Understanding of the payroll process and how it works
• Located in the United States

$75,000 per year, depending on experience
