Financial Reporting, Financial Controller, Financial Compliance
Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a rapidly expanding Construction Company that delivers complex, multi-site projects and is investing heavily in its financial infrastructure. This growing organization needs a Controller who can own the accounting function, sharpen job-cost visibility, and help leadership make confident, data-driven decisions. This is a newly created position due to growth that will report directly to the CEO – a visionary in Arkansas with a terrific track record.
This also has potential to step into a larger position as the company grows and build out a robust Accounting & Finance team.

This is a true hands‑on opportunity for a construction-minded accounting leader who wants to be close to the work, partner with operations, and build a best‑in‑class finance function in a business that is scaling fast.
