We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance to support a healthcare facility during a leadership transition. This high impact role will partner closely with executive leadership and serve as the primary finance liaison between the facility and a centralized accounting team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of accounting expertise financial analysis and healthcare operations experience.

• Interim contract travel assignment
• Estimated duration of 3 to 6 months
• Onsite position with travel flexibility available
• Target start date in August

• Serve as the primary liaison between the facility and centralized accounting operations
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies missing accruals transaction issues and classification errors
• Support accounts payable issue resolution and ensure timely provider payments
• Assist the CFO with budgeting forecasting variance analysis and monthly operating reviews
• Prepare and analyze workforce management labor productivity and operational reports
• Monitor key performance indicators and departmental operating statistics
• Analyze general ledger activity and identify mapping or posting errors
• Support monthly financial reporting and management reporting processes
• Assist with automation and process improvement initiatives within financial reporting systems
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and decision making

• Healthcare facility finance experience required
• Strong accounting and financial analysis background
• Oracle Fusion experience highly preferred
• Experience with workforce productivity reporting labor analysis and operational metrics preferred
