Accounting Manager

Red Stone Construction Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

* Coordinate audits and work with external auditors.

* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.

* Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

* Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory or management experience preferred.

* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* CPA certification is preferred but not required.
