Director Budgetary

Job Summary:
The Director Budgetary supports the Assistant Treasurer in the administration and oversight of the district's financial operations, budget management, and accounting services. This position ensures sound financial controls, compliance with applicable regulations, accurate financial reporting, and efficient processing of district financial transactions. The Director provides leadership for key accounting functions and contributes to the district's overall fiscal integrity and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial reporting. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing day-to-day accounting operations and staff. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Experience with financial management software and enterprise accounting systems. Valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:
8 hours per day, 5 days per week and 260 days per year based on a school year calendar, 1 FTE. View the attachment for any special requirements and job description.
