Interim
- Director
- Cost Accounting & Revenue Integrity

Shift: Non-exempt, Days, 7a-3:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Duration: 13 weeks

Requirements:

7 years of experience in Accounting, with 5 years of leadership experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field of study)

Other Details:

Provides direction for the cost accounting and revenue integrity functions; oversees revenue management in pricing, coding, and the flow of data from clinical applications
Oversees the cost accounting application, ensuring standard costs are accurately reflected on financial statements
Responsible for maintenance of the hospital charge master (CDM), ensuring consistency and integrity in pricing methodology and assignment of appropriate CPT codes
Monitors revenue-producing departments to ensure revenue flow is consistent, accurate, and timely
Directs and guides staff with full authority of personnel actions
Accepting local candidates (60 miles)
