The Revenue Program Coordinator plans, manages, and coordinates revenue-generating or collection programs within the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration's Revenue Services Division. The role involves supervising staff, reviewing banking and accounting reconciliations, overseeing fund transfers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting process improvements. This position is located in Little Rock and reports to the state agency's revenue operations.
Key qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, social work, or related field
- Five years of experience in revenue or child support program coordination, accounting, auditing, taxation, or public finance
- Three years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and develop practical solutions
- Skilled in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance documentation
- Level IV designation from the Assessment Coordination Education Program required
