QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMIN SUPPORT SPECIALIST

* At least 2 years of customer service experience

* Previous legal experience with personal injury, bankruptcy, social security, or workers' compensation claims
* Preferred
* * Excellent computer and typing skills

* Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures

* The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service

* Bilingual preferred but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
