This role is primarily responsible for supporting the creation, formatting, editing, and delivery of client-facing audit reports, while also assisting with other administrative functions as needed.
What We Are Looking For- Technical Formatting Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Styles, templates, section breaks, headers/footers
- Table of contents, cross-references, captioning
- Consistent formatting across long, complex documents
- Strong Excel skills
- Linking spreadsheets into reports
- Maintaining/updating links without breaking formatting
- Basic formulas and data organization (no heavy analytics needed, but must be comfortable)
- Experience working with linked documents (Excel to Word)
- Ability to troubleshoot formatting issues and broken links
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong quality control mindset (proofreading, consistency checks, cross-references)
- Ability to manage version control across documents
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Willingness to provide administrative support across offices for staff, managers, and partners
- Experience with
- Audit reports or financial statements
- Formatting technical documents (audit, legal, engineering, medical, etc.)
- Understanding of
- Basic financial statement structure (balance sheet, FS notes, etc.)
- Experience in preparing client-facing deliverables
