Position: Corporate Benefits Coordinator-COR-4627-COR-1

Job Description

Position reports to the Corporate Benefits Manager and is an exempt position. The role requires the ability to manage multiple areas of focus with little supervision. Duties are performed fully in the Little Rock office.

Responsibilities
  • General Clerical – Provide general administrative support to the Benefits Department. Includes answering phone, maintaining department supplies, coordinating shipments, overseeing the annual Guideposts renewal, handling insurance enrollment labels and letters for mailing, preparing tracking spreadsheets, sending insurance packets, managing document supply for plan documents and forms for packets, monthly budget reconciliation, Director of Corporate Benefits’ expense report preparation, postage machine maintenance and reconciliation, training new employees on the machine, coordinating company functions such as quarterly luncheons, Family Day, Thanksgiving luncheon, Christmas party, employee appreciation, and anniversary celebrations, creating birthday cards and banners.
  • Corporate Forms – Fulfill orders for corporate forms and Benefits Orientation books/folders, including obtaining quotes and coordinating printing and shipping.
  • Retirement Plan – Assist with daily administration of the retirement plan and timely approval of distribution requests.
  • On‑Site and Off‑Site Health Clinics – Manage the procurement process for clinic marketing giveaways.
  • Mail Outs – Coordinate all department mail outs, obtaining quotes for printing, handling postage, and coordinating NCOA address updates.
  • Service Awards – Assist with the administration of the Service Award program, oversee ordering and distribution of certificates and 1‑year awards, serve as liaison between locations and vendor for login and order issues.
  • Relief Support – Assist with front desk lunch relief, vacation relief, sick day relief, and serve as backup for Corporate Forms maintenance and posting.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous HR or Benefits experience preferred.
