The Admissions Counselor serves as a key member of the Admissions team and supports prospective students throughout the full admissions cycle. This position is responsible for accurate and timely application management, including maintaining and updating the student information system with accuracy to ensure clean data for reporting and communication, as well as proactively engaging applicants to promote the submission of all required documents and the completion of files by deadlines.
The Admissions Counselor provides high-quality customer service, consistent follow-up, and personalized guidance to individuals exploring programs at Baptist Health College Little Rock (BHCLR). Additionally, they assist with essential admissions events, such as entrance testing and student enrollment onboarding processes, to support and facilitate the successful admissions and enrollment process. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who excels at communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to helping students successfully navigate the admissions process.
Minimum Requirements:
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
