Position: Central Intake Assistant

As the Central Intake Assistant you will play a vital role in coordinating with our facility, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Administrative Assistant position.
Requires computer experience.
Ability to be detail oriented essential. Medical terminology/Medical insurance processing a plus but not required.
Hours 11:30am-8pm (or 10:30am-7pm) M-F
Ability to work independently.
Central AR area preferred but anywhere close to a Blossoms facility is fine.

Qualifications:

Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility.
Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with a strong focus and determination.
Must be a team player, highly organized, and possess a positive attitude.
