Job Objective
To provide administrative and programmatic support to the Office of Engagement and Opportunity (OEO) to include coordination of various events, programs, and meetings.
This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

QualificationsThese knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of two (2) years of college coursework in Office Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related area, two (2) years of administrative experience to include experience coordinating events, developing promotional/marketing materials for events, or a related area and one (1) year of computer experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
AdditionalRequirements
- Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
- Must be available to work outside regular working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
