The role provides information, assistance, and clarifications to interested parties concerning agency or institution programs, policies, and procedures. The position also assists the supervisor by maintaining leave records, managing the appointment calendar, and prioritizing incoming correspondence.
Additionally, the administrative coordinator may supervise a small to medium‑sized administrative support staff and evaluate the work performance of incumbents. This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available. Preferred qualification experience with using microsoft office experience using salesforce.
