Springwoods Outpatient Office Coordinator
Springwoods Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we're also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home.
As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population. The Springwoods Outpatient Office Coordinator serves as the communication, information center, and administrative specialist for the Outpatient area of Springwoods. This position ensures smooth functioning of outpatient processes.
As a representative of Springwoods Behavioral Health and Universal Health Services, Inc, all comments, attitudes, actions, and behaviors have a direct effect on the hospital's image and perceptions of quality service. Interaction with patients, physicians, referral sources, affiliate schools, guests, visitors, volunteer workers, co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. must be in a manner that is friendly, supportive, courteous, respectful, cooperative, and professional.
This behavior should promote an atmosphere of teamwork, which is congruent with hospital standards and guidelines to promote positive relations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma. Preferred a minimum of three (3) years experience in a health care facility.
- Requires knowledge of general office and phone skills as well as excellent organization, written communication skills.
- Must have legible handwriting.
- Computer skills necessary.
- Must possess excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information and to maintain a pleasant & congenial attitude at all times is crucial.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
