Dillard's is seeking a highly organized and analytical Home Store Brand & Analytics Coordinator to support the Home division at our Corporate Office in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position serves as a key business partner to the General Merchandise Manager (GMM), Divisional Merchandise Managers (DMMs), and the Home team by providing administrative support, coordinating communications, managing business reporting, and assisting with strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. This individual will play an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations while ensuring the Home division remains connected through effective reporting, communication, and project coordination.
Essential Job Functions Administrative & Operational Support- Provide administrative support to the GMM, DMMs, and Home team.
- Maintain the master team calendar, coordinating meetings, market appointments, travel itineraries, and other key business activities.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports for the GMM/DMMs while reviewing and approving expense reports for designated team members.
- Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory for the Home division.
- Facilitate onboarding activities for new team members, including workspace preparation, technology coordination, email distribution lists, and departmental orientation.
- Coordinate team recognition activities, celebrations, and departmental events that promote a positive team culture.
- Schedule conference rooms and coordinate meeting logistics for internal and vendor meetings.
- Prepare and distribute monthly store-facing reports highlighting key brands, initiatives, and business performance.
- Develop store visit reports and business recaps for the GMM/DMMs.
- Accompany DMMs on store visits as needed to support reporting, documentation, and follow-up initiatives.
- Maintain chargeback documentation and coordinate quarterly distribution.
- Monitor weekly payroll reports to ensure organizational roster accuracy and communicate discrepancies as appropriate.
- Assist leadership by gathering, organizing, and presenting business data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate and distribute the monthly Home division newsletter and weekly departmental communications.
- Draft and distribute weekly store communications highlighting merchandising priorities, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Maintain and update the Home division Google Site with current directives, contests, training materials, product knowledge, and other departmental resources.
- Coordinate store-facing digital content, including selecting imagery and developing written content that supports merchandising initiatives and brand messaging.
- Coordinate promotional initiatives, including the Home division's "Triple Dip" events, by developing promotional materials and communicating execution plans to stores.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for Southern Living and other special brand partnerships, managing schedules, meeting logistics, catering, equipment, and project execution.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects assigned by Home leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Google Sites, and content management platforms.
- Working knowledge of design and communication tools such as Canva or similar applications is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support store visits and departmental initiatives.

Basic Qualifications- Preferred:
