- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills & prior clerical/administrative work experience strongly preferred
Salary:
Most new hires start between $16.30-$20.30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, department, or other group in an organization. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Reviews and answers correspondence.
- Responsible for document preparation and information management. Maintains electronic documents/files, prepares reports, charts or graphs.
- Assists in the collection of data by transferring/retrieving data from various formats, verifying data and performing regular backups. Assists with gathering and compiling information for the annual budget process.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Recommended EducationHigh school diploma or GED or equivalent
