The Wilson Law Group is seeking an accomplished and highly organized Executive Assistant to support four senior executives across Wilson & Associates and Attorney’s Title Group.
This individual will serve as a trusted administrative and operational partner to the Co-Managing Partners, Executive Director, and ATG Co-Managing Partner. Working with substantial independence and delegated authority, the Executive Assistant will manage competing priorities, resolve significant administrative and operational matters, and carry out important assignments on behalf of executive leadership.
The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, technologically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, communication skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of multiple executives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, appointments, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Review designated executive inboxes, prioritize communications, and elevate urgent matters.
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, presentations, announcements, and other materials.
- Coordinate business and personal travel, including flights, lodging, transportation, reservations, and itineraries.
- Plan meetings, leadership sessions, firm events, and special projects.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and action-item follow-up.
- Handle confidential business, legal, financial, personnel, and personal information with discretion.
- Prepare expense reports, reimbursement requests, and selected financial records.
- Assist with timekeeping administration for designated employees.
- Create polished materials in Canva and PowerPoint for events, presentations, internal communications, and special projects.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Complete occasional local errands, deliveries, pickups, and special assignments.
- Travel between the downtown and West Little Rock offices as business needs require.
- Remain available for occasional evening, after-hours, or time-sensitive assignments.
Candidates should have:
- At least five years of professional administrative experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives or organizational leadership.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple executives, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Canva.
- Strong general computer and technology skills.
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- A professional, flexible, collaborative, and service-oriented approach.
A bachelor’s degree with at least two years of executive-level administrative experience, an associate’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience in a law firm or professional-services environment, bookkeeping knowledge, and familiarity with Quick Books, Quicken, or timekeeping systems are preferred.
Schedule and LocationThe standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This is an in-office position based primarily at our downtown Little Rock office. The Executive Assistant will be required to work from our West Little Rock location at least one day each week and may be asked to work there more frequently based on business needs. Local travel, personal or business errands, and occasional availability outside regular business hours may also be required.
The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
