position specifics:
this is a dual role position for arkansas tobacco control. The positions functions as the agency receptionist and agency document examiner. Daily activities include: receptionist - answering phones, assisting walk in customers, handling agency mail, directing tax payers to others staff members or areas of operations, etc. Document examiner - receiving and reviewing all applications for permits. Working with customers to ensure all paperwork is correct and additional documentation is submitted.
Handling background checks tax clearance checks. Data keying all information into the agency record management system and issuing permits when process is complete.
