As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager who’s ready to lead our sales team and take our business to the next level.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and local business partners

Track sales performance and report on key metrics

Oversee customer service to ensure top-tier satisfaction

Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and local outreach

Stay up to date on LINE-X products, truck accessories, and industry trends

Proven experience in a sales or sales leadership role (automotive industry preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Basic computer skills (POS, CRM, Microsoft Office)

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license

Pay range: $30,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience and skills
