Leader ( Parks & Recreation Special Projects Part Time

JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide hands‑on support and lead working supervision to a small crew of Disaster Recovery workers engaged in cleanup, restoration, and community support activities funded through the Disaster Recovery National Dislocated Worker Grant (NDWG).

This is a part‑time position funded for a limited duration of up to 18 months.

This position is designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of one (1) year of experience in building or grounds maintenance involving manual labor. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non‑Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
