additional information- provides consultation, interpretation and analysis of data related to business development, service-line planning, public relations, marketing, program proposals and other initiatives as directed.
- assumes responsibility for information management systems utilized in planning and strategic development activities.
- is responsible for monitoring, understanding and communication in relationship to external environmental trends that may impact the organization.
- responsible for hospital-wide planning and strategic development related activities.
- is highly analytical and curious, with a passion for uncovering the “why” behind the data
- has experience connecting and analyzing multiple internal and external data sources
- has strong data cleaning, manipulation, validation, and quality assessment skills
- has intermediate proficiency in sql and statistical analysis
- has experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- is proficient with tools such as excel, power bi, tableau, google analytics, or similar platforms
- understands marketing analytics, campaign performance, roi, attribution, and channel effectiveness
- can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- has strong communication and presentation skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders
- is self-directed and proactive, with the ability to independently research, learn, solve problems, and connect insights to broader business and marketing objectives.
high school diploma or ged or equivalent
recommended educationbachelor's degree in a related field of study.
required work experiencehigh school diploma/ged and 2 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/ged.
