We’re hiring an Assistant Project Manager who wants to grow in the dirt and utility world and learn directly from experienced leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, driven, and eager to develop into a full Project Manager. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across operations, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication while helping deliver high‑quality projects.

Responsibilities- Support Project Managers in coordinating sitework and utility projects from award through closeout.
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Track production, costs, and project progress.
- Review plans, contracts, and scopes to ensure alignment in the field.
- Coordinate with field crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Help prepare pay applications, cost reports, and forecasting.
- Participate in progress meetings, safety reviews, and quality control efforts.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, sitework, utilities, or related field (internships or field experience considered).
- Basic understanding of grading, earthwork, or underground utilities preferred.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn project management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Clear communication and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clear growth path into Project Manager and leadership roles.
- Hands‑on training with experienced industry professionals.
- Exposure to high‑profile commercial and civil projects across NWA.
