$85,100.00 / yr – $ / yr

• At least 10 years of construction site experience.
• At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building.
• Pharma experience / GMP facilities / clean rooms (preferred).
• Experience collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
• Ability to create estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, construction execution plans.
• Facilitate and coordinate walk‑downs, meetings, and/or reviews with owners and designers.
• Conduct constructability reviews.
• Lead client and construction meetings.
• Multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, Interior Construction, Civil Structural Architecture).
• Safety leader (JHA’s revision / SPA daily signed‑off permits).
• QA construction processes.
• Turnover process including TOP’s, punch list and walk‑downs with contractors and owners.
