We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee mobile home renovation and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong project management, budgeting, and construction experience.

Construction Manager Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 38.46 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders
- Manage project closeouts, warranties, and final inspections
Construction Manager
Qualifications:
- Construction management experience required
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation
- Experience managing budgets and project schedules
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of OSHA standards and safety compliance
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
