CDM Smith is seeking a skilled estimator to support construction projects across lifecycle stages. The role involves quantity take-offs, cost research, and preparing material lists using Timberline to develop Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and for design‑build projects.
You will coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors, review technical drawings, and prepare schedules and budgets.
