Construction Project Manager - Restaurants

The Construction Project Manager oversees all phases of restaurant construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand and regulatory standards
.

• Project Coordination - Manage schedules, budgets, and construction activities from pre-construction through turnover.
• Vendor Management - Oversee subcontractors and specialty trades, including MEP and kitchen equipment installers.
• Permitting & Compliance - Handle building permits, health department approvals, ADA compliance, and fire suppression requirements.
• Site Oversight - Conduct site visits, monitor progress, enforce safety, and resolve field issues.
• Budget Control - Track costs, manage change orders, and maintain financial accuracy.
• Stakeholder Communication - Provide updates to owners, franchisees, architects, and operations teams.

• Experience - 5+ years in commercial restaurant construction. Casual Dining and Fast-Food experience are a must. Experience including New, Rebuild, Major Remodel, Tenant Finish-Outs and all other aspects of commercial construction.
• Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of MEP systems and commercial kitchen requirements.
• Leadership - Proven ability to lead teams and manage fast-track schedules.
• Software - Strong knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Construction Management Software, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam a plus!

Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
