WEHCO Media, Inc. is seeking a Creative Services Hub Manager to oversee the daily operations, resourcing, and workflow of our creative hub - ensuring that campaigns, deliverables, and brand assets are executed on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. This role acts as the operational backbone of the creative division, working cross-functionally with account leads, project managers, strategists, and production teams to traffic assignments, forecast capacity, and troubleshoot blockers.

The Creative Services Hub Manager ensures that creative talent is deployed effectively, that timelines are met, and that internal creative processes scale efficiently with client needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, a calm and solutions-focused demeanor, and a passion for operational excellence in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the resourcing and allocation of creative talent across multiple work streams and project types.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for creative project intake, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Develop and maintain trafficking systems to monitor progress, deadlines, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with Account, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure cross-functional clarity and alignment.
  • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts and propose actionable solutions.
  • Monitor creative team bandwidth and escalate capacity challenges or prioritization conflicts.
  • Lead weekly resourcing or status meetings to align on assignments and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with team members to ensure consistent quality control and creative output.
  • Contribute to evolving documentation and playbooks that define how creative work moves through the agency.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in creative operations, project management, and traffic management.
  • Experience managing timelines and talent across design, content, and digital disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of creative process, creative workflows, and marketing production life cycles.
  • Experience in resourcing, forecasting, budgeting, or staffing coordination.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred.

Transportation

  • Must provide the company with current proof of insurance with updates at renewals.
