• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist customers in exploring digital banking tools and provide guidance on available products and services.
• Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals to financial partners.
• Support operational and customer service activities while minimizing risks.
• Build relationships with customers through integrity, professionalism, and excellent service delivery.

• Minimum 6+ months of customer service or related experience (banking, retail, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to follow established procedures and meet compliance requirements.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
