Front Desk Manager - Bilingual Preferred (Maintenance)

As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the welcoming face of our firm at our Corporate Hill location in Little Rock, greeting and engaging with clients and visitors every day. Imagine creating a warm atmosphere where every RHS visitor feels at home, thanks to your exceptional customer service. You'll offer them a refreshing beverage and guide them to the right conference room, ensuring their experience is nothing short of delightful.

Your role extends beyond just welcoming guests. You'll be the mastermind behind a clean and organized office, skillfully managing calendars and coordinating conference room reservations and setups. Every day, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, including overseeing inventory of supplies, snacks, and drinks. Your positive, can‑do attitude makes you a joy to work with, not just for clients but for your colleagues as well.

You're incredibly organized and thrive on ticking tasks off your to‑do list, yet your true passion lies in connecting with people. Whether it's clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, or team members, you relish the opportunity to build relationships throughout your day.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer and typing skills
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
  • The urgency to provide above‑and‑beyond customer service
  • Bilingual preferred but not necessary
